Analyzing incentive structures, feedback loops, and second-order effects. Most decisions fail after the obvious part - that's the part I care about.

Designing practical AI workflows and internal tools that remove friction and manual work. Adoption, usefulness, and measurable impact matter more than model novelty. Part of my work involves enabling AI and digital tool adoption within larger organizations - with a focus on Microsoft 365 environments, change dynamics, and real-world usage.
